Her fierce passion for the staffing industry combined with her love for people and unrestrained drive to make a tangible difference in the industries that she operates has seen her successful in every facet of her career to date.
She began her career at Kelly in the early 90s and quickly progressed through the ranks until 2002 when she headed up Kelly’s call centre business. Here, Diane really made her mark and by the time she left in 2010, she was best known for being at the forefront of industry efforts to develop and benchmark South Africa against the world’s best.
As a result, she is still regularly called upon by both media and industry to share her specialised BPO knowledge and contribute expert strategic and operational input.

She built and grew the business into a major player in the RPO industry before moving onto her new home, Tricruit. Interestingly, the true value of this remarkable leader however lies in her ability to dynamically empower, inspire and influence all who come across her path… and it is this quality that makes her stand a cut above the rest!
